About Department
Science and Humanities Department imparts education on basics and fundamental theories of engineering i.e. Physics and Mathematics. Physics lab which provides basic knowledge of science and develops scientific acumen among students consist of experiments like Hall effect, Four Probe resistivity meter, Ultrasonic velocity meter, Hysteresis curve tracer etc. English language is taught through language lab and various other co-curricular activities. The lab has rich collection of BBC documentaries based on science and engineering. The department consists of highly qualified and well experienced faculty members.
It is the department where students learn to perform prodigious experiments and show their excellence. The department is involved in a number of activities like conducting seminars, workshops and guest lectures by eminent people of other universities and different organizations.
