HOSTEL FACILITIES

 There  is a separate hostel for girls, situated within the campus and the  boys’ hostel located inside the campus. The rooms are spacious, well  furnished, self contained and duly maintained. It also has the unique  telecom facility for incoming calls only. There are however, a set of  rules and regulations that have to be strictly adhered to. All  provisions are made to ensure students enjoy their stay here.

The  hostels have self-contained two / three seater rooms which are  spacious, airy and provide for a great view. They come with the basic  amenities like bed, table, chair and electrical fittings with 24-hour  water supply also. Recreation hall with facilities for indoor games like  chess and carom encourages students to make good use of their leisure  time. Several newspapers as well as magazines are subscribed and TV is  also provided to get them relaxed during leisure and also to get  themselves updated. The Computer Centre and Library are kept open for  residents of the hostel.

1. Students should behave in disciplined manner during their stay at Hostel. 
2. Students should maintain high standard of cleanliness and not disfigure the wall, doors, and windows. 
3. Students are not allowed to sit on the parapet of the hostel building. 
4. Students should take care of their personal belongings. No one else will be responsible for any kind of loss or damage. 
5. Students should maintain proper discipline in the Hostel.  Students should not misuse electric Power by using iron, extension of  light point etc. 
6. Students should take written permission from the hostel  superintendent before leaving the hostel beyond class hours. 
7. Student  should not leave the hostel without Signature of Father/Mother/Local  Guardian on the body of leave Application. 
8. Students should remain present inside the room from 7pm to 9.30pm to maintain Study hour. 
9. Students should deposit their previous mess dues before 10th of  the current month positively; otherwise meals will be stopped from the  next day. 
10. If necessary Students may keep any lady guest for only one or  two days in a month in the hostel with the written permission of the  hostel superintendent. 
11. Students are allowed to go to market with their guardian as per  the time limit fixed by the Authority with the permission of hostel  superintendent. 
12. Students are not allowed to go outside the campus at any  time without the permission of the Authority. 
13. Students are not allowed to play games, musical instrument etc. inside the Hostel.
14. Students are not allowed to use the mobile phones under any circumstances as per Hostel rules. 
15. Students are allowed to meet the guardian whose name is mentioned in the Application form only on Sunday from 4pm to 6pm. 
16. Students are not allowed to take any other study course outside of the Diploma College Campus during training.
